Introductory Business Management
BP101 is an intensive immersion into the fundamentals of business management. This course is designed to transform motivated students into strategic thinkers by covering the entire lifecycle of a business venture.
Core Curriculum:
Ideation & Product Design: Identifying market gaps and conceptualizing solutions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Mastering the pillars of marketing, sales, and operations.
Business Intelligence: Understanding valuation, financials, and unit economics.
The Funding Pitch: Learning the art of the investor presentation.
The Outcome: The primary objective is to equip students with the practical skills required to launch and manage a successful venture. Throughout the 10 days, students work in teams to build a comprehensive business plan for their own startup, culminating in a professional pitch session to a panel of "investors."
Prerequisite: None.
Eligibility: Rising 7th grade and above.
Skills Developed: Leadership, collaborative teamwork, and public speaking.

Format: 10 In-person 2-hour intensives + collaborative group project work.
Capacity: Limited to 20 students per session to ensure personalized mentorship and high-quality feedback.

Intermediate Product Management & Development
BP201 is a hands-on, workshop-style course that bridges the gap between a business idea and a functional product. Following the completion of BP101, students dive into the sophisticated world of Product Management, learning how to lead teams through the lifecycle of innovation.
Core Curriculum:
The Agile Lifecycle: Mastering iterative development, sprints, and rapid prototyping to adapt to market needs.
MVP Strategy: Learning the "Minimum Viable Product" framework to test core hypotheses with minimal resources.
The PRD Blueprint: Drafting comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)—the industry standard for communicating vision to engineering and design teams.
User-Centric Design: Focusing on empathy, strategy, and execution to solve real-world problems.
The Outcome: Students transition from "planners" to "product owners." By the end of this course, they will be well-versed in the exact methodologies employed by Silicon Valley product managers and will have a portfolio-ready PRD for their own innovation.
Prerequisite: Completion of BP101.
Eligibility: Rising 7th grade and above.
Skills Developed: Technical writing, systems thinking, agile project management, and cross-functional leadership.

Navigating the Future of Technology
In an era defined by rapid technological evolution, understanding the "engine" behind the modern world is no longer optional. This course provides students with a high-level, foundational overview of the fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Core Curriculum:
Data-Driven Decision Making: Understanding how vast amounts of information are captured, cleaned, and analyzed to drive business growth.
The Mechanics of Machine Learning: A conceptual dive into the techniques that allow computers to learn from data without explicit programming.
Algorithmic Problem Solving: Exploring the role of algorithms in solving real-world challenges, from product recommendations to predictive modeling.
Ethics & Innovation: Critical thinking on how data and algorithms influence modern society, fostering digital literacy and responsible innovation.
The Outcome: Students move beyond being passive users of technology to becoming informed participants in the AI era. This course enhances problem-solving skills and provides a competitive edge for students pursuing STEM careers and elite university admissions.
